The T8 type LED tubes are suited to replacement of the traditional T8 type fluorescent tubes without big modification of the luminaries. The LED tubes can be placed into luminaries with electronic ballast without any additional part; for luminaries with magnetic ballast an additional shortcircuit part has to be used instead of the starter (for tube included). With these tubes lots of energy can be saved but before replacing werecommend to make a benefit calculation. Besides, the lighting parameters are different for LED and fluorescent tubes.
