The development of LED technology to date has reached such a level that was previously widespread metal halide lighting can replace lighting for greater efficiency, which is more economical and easier to regulate. Savings that can be easily calculated and longer warranties provide a return of investment. LED lights, which we suggest to replace metal halide lamps illuminate the same desktop.Technical parameters:

Return is obviously depending of yearly service hours and specific
energy costs. In the following table, the most frequently used lamp
bodies, production / storage hall service hours and the resulting
expected return periods are shown.

For return times longer than one year, the return time decreases with
the replacement cost of one halogen light source. This cost item is
approx. EUR 16,6 /year for light sources of 250 or 400 W, and approx.
EUR 133,3 /year for light sources of 1000 W.
** Investment costs: Purchase prices of LED light
sources are project-dependent, and we do not intend to take into
consideration the value of the existing lighting system. Return times
are based on general practical experience.
The data above refer to permanent use of the lighting system.
Further energy saving is possible by light intensity control and
controlled ON/OFF switching of the lamps by movement sensors.
Available types of controllable drivers:
1., RS845-based control: Remote control and regulation is easily realized by connecting the lamp bodies with optical cable.
2., ZIGBEE GPRS based control: max 200 W powered lamp
bodies can be controlled up to 1500 m distance around the control unit.
There is no need for wire connection between the lamps, the connection
is ensured by a 2.4 GHz communication channel.
3., PLC based control: the control signal is transmitted to the lamp bodies via the power cable, i.e. there is no need for separate wiring.
4., DALI: this commonly used control method needs a
two-core cable connecting the control unit to the lamp. This way, each
lamp can be separately addressed and controlled.
